At Hebaic Traders, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and related processes.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Kenya.

If you are outside Kenya, please contact us at Support@Hebaictraders.co.ke for assistance or alternative arrangements.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered to your specified address.
  • In-Store Pickup: Collect your order from our physical location at London Beauty Centre, 3rd Floor, Room T2, Taveta Rd, Nairobi, Kenya during operating hours.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and order size.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1 – 5 days. Estimated Shipping times depend on customer location.
  • In-Store Pickup: Ready within 1 business day after order confirmation.

We strive to meet these timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates due to potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transport disruptions).


5. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. Use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

We ensure all items are securely packaged. If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please notify us immediately at Support@Hebaictraders.co.ke or 0722447716.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims for lost items must be made within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for special arrangements if needed.
