Product details
This model (for example, the “SC-7038” variant) is a double-induction hob with two separate cooking zones (plates).
Total power output of about 7000 W (i.e., ~3500 W per plate) in one listing.
Smooth ceramic glass top surface — easy to clean and gives a modern look.
Touch-sensor control panel, LED display, timer functionality.
Adjustable temperature / power settings. For example: left hob about 200-2000 W, right hob 200-1500 W, temperature up to ~240 °C.
Safety features: vessel detection (i.e., will shut off when no suitable pan present), child-lock options, overheat protection.
Suitable cookware: induction-compatible (magnetic base, flat bottom), base diameter recommended ~10-22 cm.
Things to Note / How to Use It
Since it’s induction, you must use induction-compatible cookware (magnetic base). Glass, pure aluminium or non-magnetic cookware will either not heat or show an error.
The surface and cooking zones require good ventilation and clearance. For example, the manual for one model requires ~10 cm around the appliance and ~60 cm above for safe operation.
One cooking zone might be more powerful than the other — so when using both, you may need to adjust times/pans accordingly.
The hob may display “E0” (or similar) if no compatible pan is detected.
Because of the glass ceramic top, avoid dragging rough cookware across it, and clean only after it has cooled down. Use a soft cloth, avoid aggressive cleaners.
Practical Benefits
Faster heating: Induction generally heats the cookware directly, making it quicker than many traditional electric hobs.
Energy-efficient: Because less heat is lost into the surrounding air or the hob surface itself.
Dual-zone advantages: Good for cooking two things simultaneously (e.g., a sauce + sauté) without needing a full-size stovetop.
Modern look & easy maintenance: The smooth ceramic top cleans easily, looks sleek.
Versatility: With timer and adjustable temp/power, you can tailor cooking for different dishes (simmer, boil, keep-warm, etc.)
